Anvi’s

Our Story

A quick-service cafe with a very specific motto.

“Not too sweet”

Welcome to Anvi’s — a quick-service fusion cafe offering pho and coffee in Costa Mesa. We follow the Asian motto, “not too sweet.” We can adjust if you ask.

Vietnamese drip coffee, espresso, matcha, milk teas, and tea sit on the same menu as chicken pho and garlic noodles — built by a small team that would rather walk you through the specialty board than hand you a static list.

How we got here

Soft Opening

One motto: not too sweet

Anvi's opens as a quick-service fusion cafe on Harbor Blvd — pho and coffee under one small white puppy logo, every drink adjustable on request.

The Room

Calm oak, loud drinks

A pale-wood dining room built for lingering, paired with a drink menu that reads like a candy shop — matcha green, Thai-tea blue, Ferrero orange.

Today

Fresh, family, fusion

Fresh Vietnamese ingredients, a bright clean space, and a crew that'll walk you through the whole specialty menu if you ask.

The Room

Pale oak, black leather, one long counter.

The interior is quiet and deliberate — a long communal bar for solo laptop afternoons, and a proper dining room for the family-style pho crowd on weekends.

What We Believe

Fresh ingredients. Adjustable sweetness.

Fresh Vietnamese ingredients, a bright clean family-friendly atmosphere, and a menu built to flex to how you actually like your drink — not how it’s written on the board.
